Hole in Nose/septum From Previous Cocaine Use?

Please help. Apparently I have a hole in the septum (middle part of nose) from cocaine use from MANY YEARS AGO (it was a very wild summer one year). Anyway, I haven’t done it in MANY years, and my question is this: “Is there another valid explanation one can give to a Dr. who is examining the nose?”. In other words, over the years, when I see different doctors for different things, if they happen to look up my nose, they ask “do you use cocaine, or have you used cocaine in the past?” and it makes me very uncomfortable, I will usually tell them “yes, about 10 years ago but not anymore”, but from that moment on, the Dr. usually treats you differently. So, my question is, since I am moving to a new town and will be seeing new Doctors (and this hole in the spetum does not bother me & I have never seen a Dr. for this), if I am seeing a Dr. for something completely different-what excuse can I give them for having this hole? Can it happen from a car accident? nasal sprays? punch in the nose?
There is no need to get nasty about it Sky, I don’t need to hear your negative remarks. For the other person who asked-it was one Summer back in college where the people I hung out with did this all the time-so it was like 2 nights out of the week all summer long-sometimes 3 nights-maybe the stuff was bad stuff or potent stuff, because I know people who have done a lot more and don’t have this. I would appreciate anyones answers to my question though-I would just like to be able to say something else, besides that cocaine caused this. I don’t even understand why Doctors look up my nose when I am going in for checkups that have NOTHING TO DO WITH MY NOSE and then out comes that little thing and they stick it in my nose and their whole demeanor changes. I don’t appreciate it, I experimented in college but these days I don’t even drink, so I don’t appreciate being treated differently for experimenting like most people do at one point or another, Any other explanations would be appreciate

hi, im not going to answer your question sorry. Was gonna send you an email but you don’t allow it. I take coke through the weekend and someties in the week. How long did it take for your nse to go like that if you don’t mind me asking? x

No,this is caused by your drug abuse and that is the only way any Dr. will see that as cause:no nasal spray ever will cause this.
