Question by daniella: Is there a certain law that states that if a crime is commited and the person is an “addict”,they can go free?
would a man or woman get locked up or sent to rehab if he rapes a girl? lets just say this man is diagnosed as a “sexual addict”. since it is an addiction will he go free?
